Kepler(s) : the police series with Marc Lavoine arrives on France 2 in march

From the beginning of the month of march, France 2 will broadcast its new series “police-Kepler(s)”, with Marc Lavoine and Sofia Essaïdi in the shoes of two police officers in charge of solving a crime in the Calais jungle. Exclusively presented when editing the 2018 festival “Séries Mania”, Kepler(s), the new polar of France 2, will be broadcast from 4 march to 21. Marc Lavoine plays a cop suffering from personality disorders, which, following an operation which went wrong, is assigned to a desk job at the police station in Calais, in order to be able to rebuild itself with Anne (Elodie Navarre), his wife, and Marion (Yasmine Lavoine), their daughter. It does, however, will have little choice other than to return to the field when the corpse of a young girl will be found at the site of the ancient jungle of Calais. In order to solve this crime, he will team up with Alice Haddad (Sofia Essaïdi), a young local police who will be her guide. After having played a specialist in trafficking in human beings in the first two seasons of the international production Crossing Lines, Marc Lavoine is back once again on the small screen for this police series, in the skin of a cop tormented, who will have to investigate himself and his demons in order to find the identity of the killer. For the occasion, it is going to form a duo not very conventional with Sofia Essaïdi, a former participant of Star Academy, which has already made its weapons in 2009 in Aisha.
